                                            Acidic Silicone Sealant

Product Introduction:

1. Acetic cure, one component, high modulus, fast-curing

2. Good flexibility, better cementing power, anti-breakage, do not flake

3. Remarkable weathering resistance, not in sleet, incorruptible, ozone, UV radiations

    influence

4. Excellent durability, after curing at -50 - +150 temperature range is not peeling;

5.  It is not cracked and maintains the elasticity;

6.  Not flowing, can be in vertical and overhead of the interface construction;

7.  Good adhesion for numerous building materials

Products colors: translucent, white, black

Application:

Applied to adhesive seal in the glass, aluminum alloy materials, ceramics, organic glass, painting materials, most commonly used plastics and wood building materials.

Using Method:

1. Before using, it must be tested the compatibility and cohesive force between the sealant and the material.

2. The surface must be clean and dry;,it will be operated after confirm the eligibility .

3. The interface which need to be covered with adhesive tape to cut nozzle, take the plastic

     mouth on, and put it into the glue gun, then glue sealant and strickle surface flat

4.  Rob out the remainder with the flannelette and remove the adhesive tape.

5.  Dont touch the interface within 48 hours.

Use Constraints:

1. Dont use it on the wet or frosty surface;

2. Dont use it on the oily or being exudate surface;

3. Dont use it in the windtight location;

4. Dont meet the surface of food directly;

5. Dont use it on the newly-built(within two monthes after built)beton or the sand lime surface.

6. Dont use it for the byproduct of solidifying acetic acid which may bring the corrosion,

   discoloration or the impact in appearance of the material surface, such as castiron,

    galvanized surface, stone, etc. Materials surface temperature not exceed 50

Attention:

1. To avoid repeated and prolonged skin contact

2. Please in a well-ventilated environment

3. Wash with clean water in case of splashed into the eyes and go to the hospital immediately

4. Under the different circumstances between temperature and humidity, it is the normal

    situation if the volume of product arises the change of ±9ml.

5. It can be transported as the non-dangerous goods.

Store in a cool, dry place below 27. Use within 9months.
